Usage Instructions

First, clean the desired surface from grease, dust, and any contamination. Pay attention to the following points:

• The surface should be free from moisture and completely dry.
• Remove any peeling paint and loose particles before painting. If the surface has efflorescence, clean it with a brush and then fill cracks and gaps with suitable putty to achieve a smooth surface.

After general preparation and before puttying, apply the first layer of Kaveh Fully Plastic Wall Paint more diluted than usual to penetrate the porous surface, revealing uneven areas and ensuring better adhesion for the final coat. Then, use appropriate putty with a spatula and trowel to smooth the surface, followed by sanding to achieve a completely even and smooth surface ready for the final paint application. Before use, stir the Kaveh Fully Plastic Wall Paint thoroughly, dilute it with an appropriate amount of water, and apply it in 2 to 3 layers for proper coverage.

Important Notes:

1. The amount of water mixed with the paint depends on the ambient temperature and the surface. Under normal conditions (25°C and 50% humidity), the mixing ratio is 50% for brush application, 40% for roller application, and 70% for spray application.
2. The recommended ambient and surface temperature for painting is between 20 to 25°C.
3. The minimum interval between applying layers is 3 hours.
